We are delighted that you have entrusted Holiday Tours with your travel arrangements. Payment for your booking can be done by an electronic funds transfer (EFT) or by credit card. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments.

Electronic Funds Transfer

Payment can be made by a direct transfer into our bank account, the details of which are:

When paying by EFT, please quote the six digit Holiday Tours booking reference number and your name. This will assist us to immediately allocate the payment to your booking.

Credit card payments

There are three methods of paying for your reservation by credit card .

• Manual payment process - send us your details and we will process the transaction
• Online payment process (PayGate) - process the transaction yourself using our web site
• Using our secure PayBill service - we will send you an email containing a link to our secure payment page

Travel Agents please note reduced commission structures apply to credit card payments, Please contact us for further information.

Manual payment process

If you do not wish to utilise the online payment process, your credti card payment can be processed manually. In order to comply with the terms of our merchant agreement we need the following documentation from you to process the payment manually:-

• A completed Holiday Tours credit card authorisation form (Click here to download a copy)
• An imprint of your credit card
• A photo copy of your I.D. document or passport
• A photo copy of the front and back of your credit card.

Online payment process

You can pay for your booking online, by means of the 3D Secure Online Credit Card Payment System. The 3D SOCCPS is a VISA and MASTERCARD initiative and as such, only approved VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards can be used to make payments via this process. Payments using foreign issued credit cards, VISA Corporate Cards, Diners and American Express credit cards will have to be made using the manual payment process.

Secure PayBill service

Your Travel Consultant will send you an email containing a link to a secure payment page on the internet. This page is a VISA or MASTERCARD compliant 3D secure online credit card payment system. If it is your first time using a secure online payment facility, you may need to register with your bank for an online payment PIN before being able to process the payment. Once you have obtained this once-off PIN from your bank, you will be able to make secure online payments with numerous retailers. Click the link in the email at your convenience to process your payment, following the easy steps. Payment using VISA corporate cards, Diners and American Express credit cards will have to be made using the manual payment process.

Travel Insurance

Some banks offer free travel insurance, provided air tickets are paid for with certain credit cards. If you pay Holiay Tours by credit card for a package including flights and you wish to make use of the free cover offered by your bank, you will be required to make contact with your bank after making the necessary payment to Holiday Tours, to ensure that they activate the applicable insurance. Supporting documentation and terms and conditions to activate the isnurance may vary from bank to bank.
